What the Pool Area Includes
The private pool measures 3 × 5 m and sits at the centre of the villa’s 500 m² garden. It is reserved entirely for your group, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and shaded seating close by. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ make it easy to move lunch or dinner beside the water.

Four Levels, Eight Guests, One Boutique Interior
The pool is only half the package. Inside, the villa runs across four levels – an open-plan living and kitchen area that opens straight onto the pool, a master bedroom with en-suite and sea-view terrace on top, two further bedrooms below, and a flexible room at the entrance. Contemporary minimal throughout, warmed by the light the Cyclades give it for free.

Is the pool actually private?
Many Naxos villas share a pool between two or three units. Ours is exclusive to your booking – it sits inside the villa’s own 500 m² garden.
How far is the beach, really?
“Close to the beach” can mean a drive. Plaka Beach is a 10–15 minute walk from the pool, on flat ground.
What is around the villa?
Villa Luana stands in open fields behind the beach. Bakery about 8 minutes away on foot, supermarket about 15 minutes, and bars and tavernas around 12 to 15 minutes.
Who looks after you on site?
Takis lives on Naxos and manages the villa personally – housekeeping every other day, restaurant reservations, port and airport meet-and-greet.

Which part of Naxos is best to stay in?
It depends on what you want from the day. Naxos Town (Chora) suits people who want restaurants, shops and the port on their doorstep. The west-coast beach stretch – Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna and Plaka – suits swimming, long sandy walks and quieter evenings. Villa Luana sits behind Plaka, at the calm end of that stretch, with Chora about 8 km away.
Is the pool at Villa Luana really private?
Yes. The pool sits inside the villa’s own 500 m² garden and is used only by the group staying in the villa. It is not shared with other units or guests.
How far is the beach from the villa?
Plaka Beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the pool on flat ground. Beach bars and tavernas sit directly on the sand.
How many people does the villa sleep?
Up to eight guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms, spread over four levels. The villa is child and baby friendly – a crib and high chair are available on request.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes. Booking direct with us carries no platform commission, and the lowest rate is always the direct one. You send a non-binding request with your dates first – nothing is charged at that stage. After we confirm availability, a 50 % deposit applies, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
What are the check-in times and house rules?
Check-in from 3 PM (flexible), check-out at 10 AM. No pets, no events, smoking outdoors only.
